Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return of unworn and undamaged merchandise within seven (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a return, the customer must submit a written request via our contact form. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Custom-made and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Oro & Co reserves the right to deduct a minimal shipping and handling fee from the refund total. This fee will be disclosed upon request.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or during consultation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and service selected. We strive to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Oro & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
